Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy can enhance your well being through movement. Moving well is the key to allowing your body to function at it's best. Physiotherapy techniques aim to reduce pain, repair injuries and increase mobility through exercise, manual therapy (hands on treatment), and education. Physiotherapy can help people of all ages and is not only helpful during times of pain and injury but can also prevent musculoskeletal problems from arising in the first place.
We can help you feel better. Our professional Physiotherapists are trained in physical therapies designed to treat your body’s pain and injuries through gentle exercises, soft tissue release techniques, and movements. We work with you to develop a personal treatment plan designed with care and expertise to give you pain relief that lasts.
Chiropractic
Chiropractors utilize a multimodal treatment approach to best address musculoskeletal concerns. Treatment techniques are chosen based on clinical experience and best available evidence. Dr. June Yau utilizes a structural-functional approach to diagnose and treat the root cause of dysfunction.
Massage Therapy
When muscles become knotted, tense or injured; remedial massage provides a healing treatment. Our experienced practitioners will deliver a customized treatment that can either be gentle or strong, deep or shallow, according to the client's specified needs. This form of massage holistically treats the body.
Osteopathy
Osteopathy (Manual Osteopathic Therapy), is a hands-on treatment approach that focuses on restoring the body’s natural function by addressing the root cause of pain, imbalance, or dysfunction. Rather than isolating symptoms, osteopathy takes a holistic view of the body, recognizing that all systems are interconnected and that structural misalignments can impact overall health.
By applying specialized techniques such as osteo-articulation, advanced myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, joint mobilization, and muscle energy techniques, Manual Osteopathic Therapists work to optimize structural alignment, enhance circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. These techniques, guided by the World Health Organization’s benchmarks for osteopathic training, aim to improve fluid dynamics, nervous system communication, and metabolic function.
When structural obstructions disrupt the body's natural flow, they can contribute to a range of issues, including pain, fatigue, and organ dysfunction. Osteopathy seeks to correct these imbalances, promoting overall well-being through gentle, hands-on therapies that support the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
